Yes. FREE delivery and FREE installation are included in your monthly rental.
For comparison, appliance delivery and installation typically cost $175 or more when purchasing machines — we include this at no extra charge.
If there is a mechanical issue during normal use, contact us and we’ll work with you to repair it as quickly as possible or to have the machine replaced.
No. Equipment may not be relocated without written approval.
Yes. Your home must already have:

Electrical or gas connection (depending on dryer)

We do not install new hookups or modify plumbing or electrical systems.

Like most residential washers and dryers, some operational noise is normal, especially during spin cycles.
Older machines may be louder. Premium rentals are generally newer and quieter, but no residential machine is completely silent.

This allows us to provide free equipment sourcing and purchasing, free delivery, free installation, free hoses, free repairs and keep the monthly pricing affordable and your machine operational.
Monthly payments are processed securely through Stripe (stripe.com)
We require:
One primary debit or credit card
One backup debit or debit card on file
This helps prevent service interruptions if a payment issue occurs.
Late or returned payments incur fees.
Charges may be attempted on either card on file.
Early termination fees may apply if the minimum term is not completed.

Washers On Demand is a local, family-run service based right here in Shasta County.
It’s just me and my wife, serving our community with a practical alternative to laundromats and the high cost of buying appliances.
The idea for Washers On Demand became real when we helped a local mom with four kids who was spending $40 twice a week at the laundromat ($320+ p/month!) — not to mention the time, stress, and logistics of hauling laundry in and out of her car.
Between the cost, the waiting, and trying to manage kids at the laundromat, laundry had become a constant burden. Once we delivered and installed a washer and dryer in her home, that stress was gone. She could wash on her own schedule, save money every month, and stop building her life around laundry.
That’s exactly why we do this. For some, the cost and hassle of buying expensive equipment is just too great.
